Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At Rubodex Herbal, we are committed to delivering high-quality personal care products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and dietary supplements, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. However, we do provide replacements in rare cases of damage or order-related issues, as outlined below:
Replacement Policy
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Once delivered, products are considered a final sale.
Eligible for Replacement Only If:
The product is damaged during transit (e.g., leakage, breakage)
An item is missing or an incorrect product has been delivered
Replacement Request Requirements:
To qualify for a replacement, please provide:
A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package and the issue
Supporting images of the damage or error
Timeline for Reporting:
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care team at +91 9810117116.
Use the subject line: “Replacement Request for [Product Name]”
Verification & Processing:
Once your request is verified, a replacement will be dispatched. Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exclusions:
We are not responsible for:
Damage due to improper use
Issues arising from personal sensitivities
Post-delivery damage
Always perform a patch test before full use, as advised on the product label.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled before dispatch, subject to a 2.5% payment gateway deduction.
If the order has been handed over to the courier and pickup has been generated (even if tracking hasn’t updated), it will be treated as shipped and cannot be canceled.
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
If a prepaid order is returned to the seller, 75% of the order value will be deducted before processing a refund.
Non-Cancelable Orders:
Orders placed using additional or promotional discounts are strictly non-cancelable.
