Rubodex | Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At Rubodex Herbal, we are committed to delivering high-quality personal care products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and dietary supplements, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. However, we do provide replacements in rare cases of damage or order issues, as outlined below.


Replacement Policy

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Once delivered, products are considered final sale.

Eligible for Replacement Only If:

  • The product is damaged during transit (e.g., leakage, breakage)

  • There is a missing item or an incorrect product was delivered

Replacement Request Requirements:
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the original packaging and the reported issue

  • Supporting images of the damage or error

Timeline for Reporting:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care team at +91 9810117116

  • The subject line of the email/message should read: “Replacement Request for [Product Name]”

Verification & Processing:
All replacement requests will be thoroughly reviewed. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement product. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions:
We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery, improper use, or individual sensitivities. A patch test is advised before full use, as noted on each product.


Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted.

After Dispatch:

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If a prepaid order is returned to the seller, a 75% deduction will apply before any eligible refund.

Non-Cancelable Orders:

  • Orders placed with additional discounts are non-cancelable.
