Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

• Domestic orders– All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days
• For International orders– All International orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 7-12 business days. We are shipping to all regions ,
• We offer free international shipping for all orders of value 35 USD and above. For orders of less than 35 USD, there is a flat shipping charge of 10 USD.
• For orders from the UK  all orders above £45 have free delivery below that £5 is the delivery charge.
  Eta for the UK remains to be within 6 working days
• For orders from the Europe  we have free delivery
  Eta for the EUROPE remains to be within 6 working days

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

• United Kingdom (UK)

• Singapore
• UAE

• Australia

• Canada

• New Zealand

• All European countries

👉 All applicable Customs Duties, VAT, Import Taxes, and Handling Charges are prepaid by Rubodex Herbal Pvt Ltd.

Customers in these countries do not need to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. The amount paid at checkout is the final amount.

Other International Destinations

For countries not listed above:

• Shipments may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other government taxes upon arrival.

• These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

• Any such charges must be borne by the customer.

• These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Customers are advised to check applicable import duties on their respective government portals before placing an order.

Important Notes

• If a customer from a country (outside the prepaid duty regions) refuses to pay applicable customs charges:

  • Shipping and return duty charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund will be processed only once the shipment is returned in good condition.

  • If the parcel is destroyed by customs authorities due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.
