Rubodex | Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rubodex Herbal is dedicated to providing a high-quality shopping experience with products crafted to enhance our customers’ lives. Due to the nature of personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned to the seller once delivered, as they cannot be resold or reused.

Refund Policy:

1. Non-Returnable Products
   For hygiene and safety reasons, Rubodex cannot accept returns or provide refunds for used or opened products.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
   In rare cases where a product is damaged upon delivery (e.g., leakage, breakage, or missing items), customers may request a refund or exchange. Such claims must be supported by:

   • A mandatory unboxing video showing the original packaging and clear evidence of the reported issue (leakage, breakage, incorrect product, etc.).
   • Supporting images documenting the damage.

3. Verification Requirements
   Rubodex will thoroughly verify all claims. For any claim to be valid:

   • The customer must contact Rubodex Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order at +91 980117116, including the unboxing video and relevant images with the subject line “Refund for [Product Name].”
   • Refunds, once approved, do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.
   • Cash-on-delivery refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 4-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing
   Accepted refunds may take up to 15 business days from the approval date to be credited. Rubodex will provide relevant details, including transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.

5. Exclusions
   Rubodex is not responsible for any damages that occur post-delivery, nor for issues arising from improper usage, neglect, or specific sensitivities to ingredients. Customers are advised to conduct a patch test, as stated on each product.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Before Dispatch
   Orders may be canceled before dispatch. A gateway charge of 2.5% applies for processing cancellations.

2. After Dispatch
   Once orders are shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If a shipped prepaid order is returned to the seller, a 75% deduction applies to the refunded amount.

3. Non-Cancelable Orders
   Orders with additional discounts are non-cancelable.
